Like an atom, the concept of the machine is to have a standard base around which an important number of machining possibilities is revolving. The customizing of an ATOME machine is very varied : 4th axis, multispindle head, loading robot, etc. This new machine concept will allow to realize the most varied machining : beading, diamond polishing, engraving, milling, drilling, tapping, turning...

ATOME combines performance, flexibility and compactness for the production of small and medium series of timepieces. It allow to machining and decorate all kinds of components to meet your highest requirements. This new 4th axis allows turning up to 4000 rpm and a precise positionning of the workpiece. Composed of a 7.8 kW Motor, a pneumatic rotary joint with 7 channels, and a draft with a force of 700 N, it allows the establishment of many placings and accessories : chuck, clamp, tackle, side press, ejector, vacuum.
