Production and Certifications
EMF has achieved several milestones, including obtaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and CE certifications in its founding year. It has developed various brake series, including the YBF, ABF, ABK, ABG, ABTF, and ABTK series. The company also received the first ATEX certificate in Turkey for its YBF series brakes.

Servo Motor Brakes (SMF Series)
The SMF series operates on the same principle as Spring Applied Brakes, suitable for high-speed and precision operations of servo motors. Key features include:

Production in 14 sizes ranging from 0.4 Nm to 140 Nm.
Class H Coil Insulation (185 °C).
Long-life asbestos-free lining.
Compact structure without brake adjustment required.
Standard operating voltage of 24 V DC.
Optional switch and manual release rod applications.

Working Principle
The system engages the brake when there is no electrical energy. When energy is applied, a magnetic field pulls the pressure flange, releasing the spindle. To engage the brake, the magnetic field is removed, allowing springs to clamp the lining between the mounting and pressure flanges.
