The unique architecture uses the RX3i high-speed backplane to synchronize motion updates to all axes simultaneously to deliver improved accuracy, reduced cycle times and faster response to changing control requirements. Maximizing Flexibility Through Innovation PACMotion provides the scalability and flexibility to cover a full range of motion applications from material handling applications to complex multi-axis packaging machines and electronic line shaft applications. PACMotion enables recipe management to instantly reconfigure a machine or line. PACMotion delivers high performance to improve machine productivity PACMotion tightly synchronizes up to 40 controlled axes and 10 master axes over the high-speed RX3i backplane. The optional DIN rail mounted Fiber Terminal Block supports discrete and analog I/O for motion that can be distributed up to 100 meters to simplify installation wiring. Each module supports up to four high-reliability Alpha i–series or Beta i-series servos or two analog servos such as GE’s VersaMotion series.
