Product Data Sheet Process Gas Analyzer Cascade’s CT5400 is a multicomponent QCL, TDL analyser for laboratory and process analytics. This product represents the next generation of gas analyzers and sensors, with the ability to measure up to 20 gases and an interchangeable modular configuration for up to 9 lasers. An embedded ARM processor gives fully autonomous intelligent operation. The CT5400 is Cascade’s most powerful analyzer to date. Cascade’s new measurement platform is ideal for environmental monitoring applications, with the capability to detect NOx, SOX, CO, CO2, CH­4, NH3 and in the near future O2, HF, HCl, and other combustion gases identified as pollutants, ozone depleting, or responsible for global warming. With increasing legislation from the EPA and EU, as well as other international regulatory agencies, large industrial facilities, incinerators, combustion plants, and other industrial gas emitting facilities will have to more actively monitor their emissions. The CT5400 can handle a myriad of applications, including process analysis monitoring, continuous emissions monitoring (CEM), continuous ambient monitoring (CAM), DeNOx/SCR, and ammonium nitrate precursor analysis.
