The pneumatic heatsealer TME 130 is designed for the sealing by conduction of aluminium lids onto plastic packagings (a version by induction also exists for glass jars). The operator places the lid on the jar and then makes the machine works either by pressing on the bi-manual controller or pushing the tray in the machine. Adjustments and tooling changes are very quick and easy. Sealing parameters (time, pressure and temperature) are displayed, easy to modify and perfectly controlled by the heatsealer. It exists in two versions (non reversible), conduction or direct-contact induction sealing. This compact machine is particularly suitable for small-scaled production and laboratory tests. The fact that the machine controls the 3 main parameters of sealing ensures the reproducibility of the operations.
