This unit TIE200 is designed to seal aluminium lids set in the caps, then called liners, through the plastic cap, on plastic or glass containers, without any stop or contact. An electromagnetic field heats up the metallic layer of the liner, which seals on the neck of the container thanks to the pressure applied by the screwed plastic cap. The sealing is achieved on closed containers, without any contact or mechanical movement: the machine can be set at the very end of the packaging line. PHOTO NON CONTACTUELLE It includes:  An air-cooled induction power supply GTE3600,  A mobile frame, with adjustment of the height,  A swivel universal coil with angular locking. Adjustments are extremely quick and easy, they are directly done on the color touch screen. The universal coil allow the sealing of flat caps with diameters from 15 to 120 mm. The power is displayed and easily modifiable on the power supply. Without any heating element, any burn risks is avoided. This compact machine can be easily incorporated above an existing conveyor and can be moved from one packaging line to another thanks to its mobile frame.
