Product Description: CSF Lifting Bogie Platform
The CSF is a rail-mounted lifting platform designed for handling, removing, and assembling railway bogies. It has a lifting capacity ranging from 6 to 14 tons and features a central opening on the upper pad for partial operator access under the lifted carriage. The platform complies with the UNI EN 1570-1 directive and accommodates various track gauge systems from 1000 mm to 1676 mm.
Translation and Lifting Systems
Horizontal Movement: Options include manual operation with push/pull handles, electric operation with external three-phase supply, or electric operation with an onboard battery pack. A normally closed handbrake is standard.
Vertical Movement: Hydraulic systems are available with either external three-phase power or onboard battery pack. A manual pump is included for emergency use.

  • Mechanical locks for secure maintenance and component removal.
