The heaters come with thermal insulation made of rockwool and a galvanized steel sheet cover, with optional stainless steel covers.

The units are equipped with ELWA control cabinets, offering mechanical or electronic temperature controllers. Safety features include built-in safety temperature limiters, with optional flow switches, temperature limiters, PT-100 sensors, and safety valves.
Applications
The KVE/KVES heaters are ideal for preheating cooling water circuits in large diesel engines and can also be used as heat sources for industrial processes and building heating.
Performance Data
The heaters are available in various models with different heating capacities and configurations. For example, the KVE-7.5 model offers 7.5 kW heating with a single step, while the KVES-270 model provides 270 kW heating with multiple steps.
