ACT-R Automatic Control of Tension for RAPIER WEAVING machines INFO LEAFLET General description The ELTEX ACT-R (Automatic Control of Tension for Rapier machines) is a stand-alone device designed to regulate the weft yarn tension to a constant and required value on a Rapier weaving machine. It is designed to be fitted after the prewinder, and it can be used on any type of Rapier machine. The ELTEX ACT-R will help to weave all kind of fabrics where constant weft yarn tension is essential. Most significant applications are technical fabrics and fabrics with recycled weft yarns. Plug & Play system. No communication must be established with the weaving machine. An ACT-R system is composed of: ELTEX tension monitor ETM Solo.
