COMPACT SCD
The COMPACT SCD is an axial flow fan designed for efficient air handling with low resistance. It features a high-efficiency impeller, adjustable pitch blades, and robust construction. Available in seven sizes (315mm to 630mm), it supports air flow rates up to 4.84 m³/s and static pressures up to 190 Pa, suitable for temperatures up to +70°C, with a 12-month warranty.
Construction and Motor
The fan casing is made from mild steel with a corrosion-resistant finish. Single-phase motors have thermal overload protection, while three-phase motors are compatible with speed control inverters, all protected to IP55 standards.
Performance and Efficiency
The fan offers 7% higher efficiency due to improved blade design, reducing energy consumption and stress on impellers.
Sound and Electrical Data
Sound data complies with BS 848 Part 2:1985, detailing sound power levels. Electrical data includes airflow, SFP, efficiency, and input power for both motor types.
