PEM Electrolysers offer a flexible and cost-effective solution for on-site hydrogen generation, ensuring reliability, ease of use, cleanliness, and safety.
Technical Specifications
- Gas Production: Hydrogen output pressure up to 35 Barg with purity >99.9%; Oxygen output pressure 13 Barg with purity >99%.
- Gas Purification System: Industrial purification with automatic regeneration, achieving H2 quality up to 99.999%.
- Feeding Water: Conductivity <2000µS/cm, pressure 2 to 6 Bar, pH 4-10, temperature +5/+40°C, with integrated Reverse Osmosis and Electro De Ionisation systems.
- Process Cooling Water: Max pressure 5 bar, input temperature +5°C to +45°C, quality includes bactericide, anticorrosive, and antifreezing fluid.
- Installed Power: Voltage 400 V AC, frequency 50 Hz, stack consumption 4.4 kWh/Nm3 of H2.
- Control System: Industrial SIL 2 PLC with a 15˝ color touch screen, supporting Modbus/Ethernet/analogic and serial communications.
- Environmental & Operating Conditions: Storage and transport temperature +3 / +60°C, operating temperature +3 / +40°C, humidity 0 to 95% non-condensing.
