Description of Elmetherm Swing tray oven: This system provides a compact solution to stabilize stress of plastic lights after injection process, ideal for lean manufacturing. 1- Mechanical Specifications: Description of the equipment: - The conveying system is composed of 16 swing seats (2 parts/swing seat) - Swing seats (1) are driven by a system gearmotor/sprocket/handling chain. They are fixed on chain plates (2) allowing avoiding collision. - Loading and unloading of parts is done on the lower part of the oven and is protected by safety light curtains (3) - Two doors (4) allow the maintenance of the oven - The electrical cabinet (5) integrates the oven to reduce the overall dimensions Thermal Specifications: Description of the equipment: - Parts are heated by air convection (see flow picture above) - Only the upper part of the oven is heated, the lower part is assigned to the Loading/unloading - The air convection heating is assured by a recirculation blower (6), Electrical heating elements (7) as well as an exhaust blower - Parts are heated at 180°F at a rate of 150 per hour - Deflectors (8) allow to have a good repartition of the blown air - Option : Automatic loading –unloading (see picture on side) Elmetherm [email protected] – www.elmetherm.com
