Niveauwachter DNH / DNV Level Switch Anwendung Der Niveauwachter dient zur Uberwachung des Fullstandes von nicht brennbaren Flussigkeiten (Minimum Pegel) innerhalb explosionsgefahrdeter Bereiche der Zone 1 und 21. Das Flussigkeitsniveau wird durch Kontakte, die mittels eines oder mehrerer magnetischer Schwimmer geschaltet werden, uberwacht. Aufbau Der Niveauwachter besteht aus einem Gehause mit angebautem Tauchrohr und Schwimmern. Der Anschluss von Typ DN... erfolgt wahlweise in der druckfesten Kapselung „Ex d“ mit einer zugelassenen Kabel- und Leitungseinfuhrung oder in einem Anschlussraum Erhohte Sicherheit „Ex e“. Daruber hinaus existiert auch eine Variante Typ IN... mit Eigensicherheit „Ex i“. Errichtung Der Niveauwachter Typ DNH... ist waagerecht, der Niveauwachter Typ DNV... ist senkrecht zu montieren. Werkstoffe und Oberflachenbehandlung Ex d Gehauseunterteil, Flansch und alle medienberuhrenden Bauteile aus Edelstahl 1.4541 und 1.4571. Ex e Gehausedeckel und Anschlusskastendeckel aus Grauguss GG-25 Hammerschlag silbergrau lackiert. Schutzarten Standardausfuhrung: II 2 G Ex de 11C T6 Gb entsprechend der EG Baumusterprufbescheinigung TUV 12 ATEX 7247 X. Zugelassen fur alle gefahrdeten Bereiche II 2G und 2D. Schutzart IP 66 entsprechend EN 60529. TR-CU-Zulassung (EAC) IECEx CoC: TUR 12.0010X. Application The Level switch serves for monitoring of the liquid level of non flammable liquids (minimum level) within hazardous areas zone 1 and 21. The liquid level is monitored by contacts, which are switched by means of one or several magnetic floating switches. Permissible operating temperature: - 40 / + 100 °C Permissible operating pressure: 10 barg Permissible liquid density: > 0,7 g/cm3 Design The level switch consists of an enclosure and an immersion tube and float balls. The connection of type DN... is done either within the flameproof enclosure “Ex d” with a certified cable gland, or within the increased safety connection box “Ex e”. Optionally, an intrinsically safe version “Ex i”, Type IN..., is available. Erection The level switch type DNH... is for horizontal mounting, type DNV... for vertical mounting. Materials and surface Ex d enclosure, flange and all materials in contact with the medium are made from stainless steel 321 or 316Ti. Ex e enclosure and enclosure cover are made from cast iron, painted.
