AIT
- The arrester includes components such as an air-pumping hole, cover, base seat, bowl-shaped diaphragm, and cushion net.
- Two types of ends are available: Thread end (AIT) without a pressure gauge and Flange end (AIF) with a pressure gauge.
- Diaphragm materials are NBR and Viton, suitable for various fluid conditions and temperatures ranging from -15°C to 80°C.
- Normal air chamber pressure is set at 2.5 kgf/cm².
- Test pressure for valve body: Ductile Iron & Bronze at 21 kgf/cm², Stainless Steel 304 at 30 kgf/cm².
- Maximum applied pressure: Ductile Iron & Bronze at 12 kgf/cm², Stainless Steel 304 at 20 kgf/cm².
- The arrester can be installed vertically, horizontally, or upside-down.
- For fluids that are acidic, alkaline, or oily, a special material air bag should be used.
- Contact the manufacturer for special fluid and temperature conditions.
- Thread end (AIT) specifications include various sizes with corresponding dimensions and weights.
- Flange end (AIF) specifications also include sizes, dimensions, and weights, with detailed measurements provided for each model.
