17 I sensori di velocità e direzione rilevano il movimento rotatorio di ruote foniche o dentate di materiale ferroso, fornendo due outputs digitali in frequenza. Attraverso la lettura dei due segnali A e B è possibile stabilire la direzione oraria o antioraria della ruota fonica o dentata. La fase in anticipo o in ritardo tra i due segnali stabilisce il verso di rotazione. Trovano applicazione tipica su motori, differenziali, trasmissioni, turbine, pompe, cremagliere e sono in grado di operare nelle condizioni più gravose. • Elevata precisione e frequenza di lavoro a zero velocità dopo avviamento • Elevate temperature di lavoro da – 40 ÷ + 150 °C • Elevata solidità meccanica • Elevata resistenza alle condizioni ambientali e ai disturbi elettrici ed elettromagnetici • Grado di protezione IP67 • Disponibili in versione NPN, case e connessioni customizzabili The speed and direction sensors detect the rotary movement of phonic or toothed wheels built in a ferrous material, and provide two digital frequency outputs. Reading the two signals A and B it is possible to detect the clock-wise or counterclock-wise direction of the wheel movement. The phase shift between the two signal permits to determine the rotation direction.
