Product catalog summary
Technical Description
The HA27 unit is a heating device with a power of 27 kW and a circulation fan motor power of 3 kW. It operates on a supply voltage of 3x400/230 Volt, 50 Hz/63A, and can reach temperatures up to 150°C. The unit dimensions are 900x1500x1050 mm. It features an insulated housing with a circulation fan, motor, heating elements, and a control cabinet. The unit is mobile, equipped with wheels, and includes a manual reset overheating circuit breaker for safety.
Safety
Users must handle hot goods carefully to avoid burns and should not leave them unattended. The HA27 should be operated and maintained by skilled personnel. Fire safety measures must be observed, including positioning the unit on a fireproof foundation and maintaining safe distances from walls and ceilings. The unit should not be operated until properly connected to the curing space, and air pipes should be insulated. The fan must run in the correct direction, and inflammable materials should be kept away from the unit. Outdoor use requires protection from weather elements.
Temperature Controller
The HA27 uses a BTC 9100 digital temperature controller to regulate air temperature. The controller displays the actual and desired temperatures and adjusts output through a contactor. Users should exercise caution when changing parameters to avoid malfunction. Documentation should be updated after any changes.
Instrumentation
The unit includes a temperature controller (BTC9100) and alarms for overheating and motor issues. An overheat alarm is indicated by a lamp and requires cooling and manual reset. A motor alarm indicates a circuit breaker release. Sensor breaks are indicated by a flashing controller display, and the issue must be resolved before operation can continue.
Operation
To operate the HA27, assemble it in the curing space, connect the power cable, and place the temperature sensor. Turn on the main switch and ensure the fan rotates correctly. Set the desired temperature using the controller. The unit will maintain the set temperature by cycling the heating power on and off.

1. Technical Description Heating Power: Motor Power (Circulation fan): Supply Voltage: Temperature: Dimensions (WxHxD): The insulated housing of HA27 contains a circulation fan, motor, 6x4500W elements and a control cabinet. The housing is carried by four robust wheels where two of them are provided with breaks. HA27 is installed with the heating part to the space for the curing process and re-circulates the air within the space. Air temperature is regulated by a separate sensor type “K” which is positioned in the space for the curing and is connected to the control cabinet. An overheating circuit...

• Remember that goods can be hot and can give serious burns if not handled correctly. Do not leave hot goods unattended without giving notice, by marking with a sign or similar. Alternatively cover the goods with an appropriate cover (ex. glass fiber cover). Establish or maintain working routines that are suited for the FLV operation and minimize handling risks. • Be aware of possible fire risk with heated object. • The HA-27 hardware and electronics must be supervised and repaired by skilled personnel (personnel with proper knowledge or certification). Ensure that the involved personnel receive...

3. Temperature Controller The outlet air temperature is regulated by a digital temperature controller, BTC 9100. The red display shows actual temperature (Process value) in the oven and the green display shows the desired temperature (Setpoint). The controller regulates the effect (output) through a contactor. Value changes are made by pressing the symbol Increase arrow (Up key) or Decrease arrow (Down key). Left symbol ”Scroll Key” is used for configuring regulator parameters. Observe great caution when changing unit parameters. Incorrect programming (setup) can cause unit malfunction, incorrect...

Assemble the unit to the space for curing. Connect main power cable. Place temperature sensor in the outlet of the unit and connect to control unit. Put “Main Switch” in position 1(ON). Control the fan wing rotation direction (see arrow). Exchange two power cords to the unit if the rotation direction is incorrect. Set desired temperature on the temperature controller with keys up/down to increase/decrease value. The red indicator “OP1” is lit when the controller is heating. When desired temperature is reached, the controller switches the heating power on/off to maintain the temperature. ElectroHeat...
