Description
The AP1000 Series combines accuracy and reliability in a compact housing. It includes a pulser disc or optional split-collar pulser wrap, a digital sensor with a mounting bracket, and a panel-mount display with a built-in power supply. It is suitable for various monitoring and process control applications.

Principle of Operation
The system uses a shaft-end mounted pulser disc or split collar pulser wrap to generate an alternating magnetic field, detected by a Hall-Effect sensor. This signal is transmitted as a digital pulse to the AP1000, which translates it into user-programmable units such as RPM, FPM, GPM, or TIP, displayed on the LED panel.

Installation
The standard sensor comes with a mounting bracket and jam nuts, while the explosionproof sensor includes a slotted mounting bracket. The sensor should be installed with the magnets passing in front of the sensing head center during rotation, maintaining a gap distance of 3/8" ± 1/8".
