Electro-Sensors, Inc. has launched the Electro-Sentry™ Hazard Monitoring System, which integrates shaft speed, belt alignment, and bearing temperature measurements into a single, user-friendly solution. The system is designed for easy installation and requires no end-user calibration, utilizing standard 4-20mA signals for compatibility and ease of support.

System Components
The Electro-Sentry system can be purchased as a complete package or as individual components:

• TT420F and TT420S: These are 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA temperature transmitters for belt alignment temperature measurement. The TT420F mounts on the rear surface of any brass rub-block, while the TT420S screws into a 1/4” — 28 tap on the rub-block.
• TT420Z: This component measures bearing temperature and mounts into standard 1/8” or 1/4” grease fitting taps. It is also a 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA transmitter.
• FB420: A shaft speed feedback sensor that mounts on the elevator tail pulley, providing a 4-20mA signal across the RPM range. It includes two programmable relay functions and is housed in a rugged XP housing.
