BRUSHED MOTORS Although the majority of DC motors remain brushed, in the future these will be surpassed by Brushless DC motors, especially for applications where variable speed control is essential. Lowest Highest EMP began production of brushless motors in 2002, and now have nine different stator sizes available (53, 62, 76, 90, 99, 123, 154, 220 & 270mm diameter). Each of these can be produced at different lengths, giving us a power range from 50w to 50,000w across the range.
