Elatech® EMF mechanical fastening system is a cost-effective solution for installing and replacing timing belts in industrial machines and conveying lines. It offers a simple and fast assembly process, providing a reliable alternative to welded belts. The system is compatible with all pitches and can be customized with backings and cleats.

Specifications
The EMF system maintains the same minimum pulley requirements as welded belts and can operate with both direct and back bend idlers. The SAFELOCK version, made of stainless steel, offers improved adhesion with long finger splices and milled edges to prevent pin slippage. However, it is not available for pitch T5 and AT5 or widths less than 16mm.
