We are also supplying "place and operate" robot cells, where the investment is low. Operation is so, that palletising can continue on one pallet, while the other full is changed with an empty pallet. We have also developed a new interface with e.g. pallet pattern automatic set-up and simplified the man interface considerably, in other words, made life very easy for the operators. .TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Motoman’s EPL-series of robots have been designed specifically for palletising applications. All models are high speed, high payload machines with a wide 360 degree working envelope that enables the robot to service multiple infeed conveyors and/or pallet stations. All models have high repeatability (±0.5mm) and high reliability (52,000 hours MTBF) Four models are available with respective payloads of 20, 80, 160 and 300 kgs.
