Overview: The pallet remover system is designed to efficiently load shipping containers or trucks with bags or cartons without causing any damage to the goods and eliminating the need for manual labor.
System Requirements: The system requires a standard forklift truck, a pallet remover, and a forklift truck equipped with a push-off device capable of entering a container or truck.
Operation: A forklift places pallets onto the pallet remover's base plate. The APF type pallet remover automatically lifts pallets vertically away from the goods without damage and stores them in a built-in magazine. The goods are then pushed onto a push-off device mounted on a forklift truck.
Pallet Specifications: Standard Euro pallet sizes of 800 x 1,000 mm and 1,000 x 1,300 mm are supported, with other sizes available upon request.
Loading Options: Goods can be loaded lengthwise or sidewise depending on the container or truck's loading pattern. For bags, goods can be pressed hydraulically before loading.
Automation and Control: The system operates fully automatically and is controlled via remote controls on the forklifts. A microprocessor manages all functions, ensuring error-free operation without the need for parameter adjustments post-commissioning.
Capacity and Efficiency: A 20-foot container can be loaded in 30 minutes. An acoustic alarm signals when the pallet magazine is full, allowing for easy removal and transfer to a palletiser's magazine.
Additional Information: Reference plants are available for viewing, including a mobile plant for transport to different locations. For further information, contact EHCOLO A/S.
