Installations with a number of vessels - where care is taken that only a minimum quantity of water goes to waste. Hot water for the unit has to come from Main tank with a capacity of 200 Liters. ■ Centrifugal pressure pump -7.5 HP. ■ Ejector (for suction of the return water to the CIP unit) ■ Electric heating element -3.0 kw. ■ Low level electrode (to protect the pump and heater). At this stage, do not return the water to the C I P tank. Filling the cleaning tank with hot water + adding the detergent to the water, ■ Opening the valve in the direction of the pipes / vessels that have to be cleaned. ■ Starting the cleaning process. ■ At the end of the cleaning process the discharge valve is opened.
