1. The chassis truck specifications will be provided by the customer and must include an 18 Ton GVW, approximately 4,750 mm wheelbase, a bodybuilder control module, and a suitable engine PTO. The truck will be sent to Efemmak Facility for mounting, and the unit will be delivered as a Complete Built Unit (CBU) with all necessary tests and controls completed. Chassis details must be approved by Efemmak before purchase.
1. Total tank capacity is 8,000 liters, with a dirty water tank of 6,000 liters and a clean water tank of 2,000 liters. The tank and dish-end thickness is 6 mm, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with vacuum rings of NPU 80.
1. The tanks are cylindrical with double chambers made of 6 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, separated by a dish-wall. Features include manual valves for water discharge, level indicators, a 500 mm diameter manhole, and a subframe made of ST52 steel. The tank can tilt up to 35° with a hydraulic cylinder and includes breakwaters and a dewatering valve.
1. The rear door is made of 6 mm dished plate with an acid-resistant sealing gasket, level indicators, and is hydraulically operated. It includes wireless-controlled pneumatic valves for sludge suction and discharge.
