The 50mL cartridge is molded “open” and comes pre-assembled with our same superior plug closure. It is a direct replacement for SAP # 7702886 aka BS-101-01. This new design is also fully compatible with the current mixers and dispensers. The slightly separated and more concentric bores not only provide increased strength during dispensing, but also minimize the chance of blow-by. We have also increased the lead-in on the ange side of the cartridge to make piston insertion easier. Unique, self-sealing design closes automatically when all air has been expelled from the cartridge The AF piston does a superior job of venting all of the air between the material and the piston. Its unique design does not require a shim to bleed the air, nor does it require a second step to insert a center bleed plug.
