MicroCoat® Lubrication System 781S series The MicroCoat 781S Series system applies a fine, even coating of lubricants, corrosion inhibitors, and release agents used in the metal forming and die casting industries. This unique modular system uses Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) technology to provide controlled, consistent lubrication in either pulsed or steady modes. The benefits are significant. System overview The MicroCoat 781S system provides precise, consistent application of low to high viscosity lubricants from any angle. A precision stroke control adjustment allows the amount of lubricant applied by each valve to be finetuned for optimum coverage.
