The GXS series includes models GXS160, GXS250, GXS450, and GXS750, with booster combinations (e.g., 1750, 2600, 4200). Pumps come with side-exit exhaust on skids or rear-exit exhaust on castors. Earthquake restraints are provided for castor-mounted units. Detailed dimensional data (length, width, height, mounting) are specified for installation planning.
Performance graphs illustrate pumping speed versus pressure for all models, including standard and high-flow purge configurations, aiding in selecting the appropriate pump for specific vacuum requirements.
Filters prevent solid ingress, extending pump life. They feature helium leak testing to 1x10⁻⁶ mbar/l/sec, >99% efficiency to 5μm for polyester elements, rugged carbon steel construction, with stainless steel options.
Integrated with GXS control system, these valves close on alarms or power failure, enabling energy-saving modes. Constructed from stainless steel and EPDM, pneumatically actuated with spring return, and low pressure drop.
