F-Theta Scanning Lenses

F-Theta Scanning Lenses

Product catalog summary
Overview: F-Theta Scanning Lenses are integral components in laser marking, engraving, and cutting systems. They work alongside galvanometers, beam expanders, and Nd:YAG or CO2 laser sources to ensure a flat field at the image plane.
Specifications: The Nd:YAG F-Theta Lenses are designed with multiple elements for high image resolution. They feature an air-spaced design and high-efficiency anti-reflective (AR) coatings for optimal throughput and durability. The lenses have an industry-standard M85 threading for easy mounting and retrofitting in OEM systems. They can withstand pulsed laser damage thresholds up to 5J/cm² @10ns or 1MW/cm² (continuous wave).
Recommendations: For diffraction-limited focusing performance, it is recommended to utilize the entire entrance pupil of the F-Theta lens. The 3X and 5X TECHSPEC® Fixed Power Laser Beam Expanders are suggested as ideal complements to these lenses.
Product Range and Pricing: The document lists various F-Theta lenses with different focal lengths (FL) and wavelengths, along with their stock numbers and prices. For example, a 355nm 100mm FL lens is priced at $2,095.00, while a 1064nm 100mm FL lens is priced at $695.00.
Availability: The availability of the lenses varies, with some in stock and others requiring contact for purchase.

F-Theta Scanning Lenses-1

FTheta Scanning Lenses FTheta Scanning Lenses are commonly used in laser marking, engraving, and cutting systems. Used in conjunction with a galvanometer, beam expander, and Nd:YAG or CO2 laser source, Ftheta lenses are designed to provide a flat field at the image plane of the scanning system. Our Nd:YAG FTheta Lenses feature multiple elements for the ultimate in image resolution. An airspaced design and high efficiency AR coatings guarantee excellent throughput and durability. An industrystandard M85 threading on all Ftheta lenses allows for easy mounting and simple retrofitting of OEM systems. Our Nd:YAG FTheta Lenses feature pulsed laser damage thresholds up to 5J/cm2 @10ns, or 1MW/cm2 (CW). For diffractionlimited focusing performance at the image plane, the entire entrance pupil of the FTheta lens should be utilized. Our 3X and 5X TECHSPEC® Fixed Power Laser Beam Expanders are ideal complements to our FTheta lenses.
