PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO: Gli inquinanti contenuti nell'aria aspirata dallo SCRUBBER ecochimica® vengono assorbiti per reazione chimica tramite lavaggi con opportuni reagenti di abbattimento. Gli scrubber orizzontali prodotti da ecochimica® sono a triplo modulo per assicurare una maggiore efficienza di trattamento e garantire le emissioni a norma con i sempre più restrittivi limiti di legge. Su richiesta ecochimica® realizza anche scrubber orizzontali a due moduli di trattamento. I modulo (acido): L’aria proveniente dalla zona di captazione viene lavata, su di un'ampia superficie statica di contatto, aria - soluzione di lavaggio, attraversando orizzontalmente i corpi di riempimento irrorati dall’alto mediante una soluzione acida a pH predeterminato. L’aria passa poi attraverso opportuni demister, pacchi lamellari separatori di gocce, che contrastano eventuali trascinamenti della soluzione di lavaggio prima del passaggio al secondo stadio. II modulo (basico + ossidante): L’aria proveniente dal I° modulo viene nuovamente lavata, con medesimo procedimento, mediante una soluzione basica e ossidante a pH e potenziale di ossido-riduzione predeterminati. Quindi l’aria passa attraverso opportuni demister prima del passaggio al terzo stadio. III modulo (basico): L’aria proveniente dal II° modulo viene lavata mediante una soluzione basica a pH predeterminato e poi passa attraverso opportuni demister. L’aria viene veicolata attraverso lo scrubber, tramite un ventilatore standard e una volta depurata viene emessa in atmosfera. TYPE OF EQUIPMENT: Horizontal with three levels of filtering. HR-3 ® OPERATING PRINCIPALS: Pollutants in the air treated by the ecochimica® SCRUBBER are absorbed by chemical reaction through washing with reducing reagents. The horizontal scrubbers produced by Ecochimica® are triple-stage to ensure greater efficiency and to guarantee emissions within ever more restrictive legal standards. Ecochimica® can manufacture two-stage horizontal scrubbers on request. First stage (acid): The intake air is washed on a large static contact surface (air and wash solution), passing horizontally over the capturing components sprinkled from above with an acidic solution with a pre-determined pH. The air then passes through demisters (blades which separate droplets), which remove excess reagent before passing on to the second stage, avoiding liquid carry-over. Second stage (basic + oxidant): Air from the first stage is washed a second time with the same process, with an oxidant in a basic solution with a predetermined pH and oxidation-reduction potential. The air then goes through appropriate demisters before passing on to the third stage. Third stage (basic): Air from the second stage is washed with a basic solution with a predetermined pH and then passes through appropriate demisters. Air is pushed through the scrubber by a standard fan and once treated is released into the atmosphere. Certifications
