IMPIANTI INDUSTRIALI DEPURAZIONE ARIA INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT AIR TREATMENT TORCIA DI TORCE COMBUSTIONE GAS FLARE DEL BIOGAS FOR BIOGAS TIPOLOGIA DI IMPIANTO: Torcia di emergenza per la combustione del biogas PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO: La torcia ecochimica® è progettata allo scopo di ottenere una elevata efficienza di combustione e di conseguenza valori di emissione di CO e NOx molto contenuti, al di sotto dei limiti richiesti da tutte le normative Europee vigenti. La torcia dispone, di quadro di controllo, rampa gas, rompifiamma, bruciatore principale pilota di accensione e di dispositivi di sicurezza. Viene fornita come unità preassemblata e può essere dotata di camera con rivestimento refrattario. Un eventuale ritorno di fiamma è impedito dalla camera di protezione posta nella parte superiore della torcia, che assicura inoltre un buon funzionamento anche con forte vento e pioggia. Il funzionamento della torcia è molto semplice perché completamente automatico. TYPE OF EQUIPMENT: Emergency gas flare for biogas combustion OPERATING PRINCIPALS: The ecochimica® gas flare is designed in order to achieve a high combustion efficiency and hence very low values of CO and NOx, below the limits required by all the European regulations in force. The torch has a control panel, valve train, flame arrestor, main burner, pilot burner ignition and safety devices. It comes pre-assembled as a unit and it can be internally lined with refractory insulation. A blowback of flame is prevented by a special dimensioned protection conduit.
