Electromagnetic Pumps

Product catalog summary
Overview
Eckerle Industrie-Elektronik GmbH offers a range of electromagnetic pumps designed for conveying both neutral and aggressive fluids. These pumps are maintenance-free, powerful, and reliable, suitable for various industrial applications.

Specifications
The pumps are available in two main production lines: ET with plug and EK with cable. They can handle pressures up to 15 bar and are self-priming up to 3 meters. The pumps are designed for continuous operation and feature automatic overpressure limits, no shaft seal, and a rugged industrial design.

Function Mode
The pumps operate using an electromagnetic field to move a piston, which facilitates fluid movement through a series of valves. The system is designed to handle standard tension and frequency, with options for frequency regulation or pulse control.

Application Fields
The pumps are used in various fields including air conditioning, stage technology, food technology, cleaning technology, medical technology, and fuel oil systems.

Technical Data
The pumps are available in different types, each with specific weight, temperature, pressure, and flow rate specifications. They operate at ambient temperatures between 1°C and 50°C, with fluid temperatures up to 90°C for ET and 70°C for EK. The pumps require a fuse and diode for operation and consume power ranging from 18 VA to 45 VA.

Connection and Mounting
The pumps come with various connection options including brass, plastic, and stainless steel, with internal threads or barbed nipple connections. They can be mounted using a mounting plate or clip.

Conclusion
Eckerle's electromagnetic pumps are versatile and reliable solutions for a wide range of industrial applications, offering high performance with minimal maintenance requirements.

The Original maintenance-free powerful · reliable Function mode pressure connection 8 The piston (5) is moved by the electromagnetic field generated by the single wave diode rectified current flowing through the coil (4). Each current pulse moves the piston against the pressure spring (3). This movement by reducing the volume in the suction chamber, opens the valve (6) set in the piston to let the liquid run into the pressure side. When the current pulse dies the pressure spring pushes back the piston toward the pressure side. The increase of pressure closes the piston valve and the liquid flows...
