Specifications The 2CDX
centrifugal pumps feature twin impellers made from AISI 304 stainless steel. They are designed for applications such as pressure boosting, water supply, water treatment, and irrigation. The maximum working pressure is 8 bar, with a maximum liquid temperature of 60°C, or 110°C for H and HS versions.
Materials The
pump body, impeller, diffuser, and casing cover are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. The shaft is also made from AISI 304, while the bracket is made from aluminum for models up to 1.5 kW and cast iron for models 2.2 kW and above. Mechanical seals vary by model, with options including Ceramic/Carbon/NBR, Ceramic/Carbon/FPM, and SiC/SiC/FPM.
Technical Data The pumps are equipped with a T.E.F.C. 2 poles motor, insulation class F, and protection degree IP55. They are available in single-phase (1˜ 230V ± 10% 50Hz) and three-phase (3˜ 230/400V ±10% 50Hz) versions. Single-phase models include a permanent split capacitor and automatic thermal overload protection, while thermal protection for three-phase models must be provided by the user.
Dimensional Table The document provides detailed dimensions for various pump models, both single-phase and three-phase, including measurements for length, width, height, and weight.
Performance Performance data is provided for different models, detailing absorbed current, capacity (Q), and total head (H). Performance curves are included for the 2CDX 70, 2CDX 120, and 2CDX 200 series, in accordance with ISO 9906 Annex A.
