Easy to use Straightness program The user interface is intuitive and guides you through the measurement process. Here we show how one of the XT programs work. Most other geometrical programs has the same procedure: Prepare – Connect – Measure – View result – Create report. 1. Enter positions Enter number of measurement positions, and if distances are equal or not. You can also set Max. and Min. tolerances for the measurement. 2. Name positions You can give each position a unique label. 3. Connect devices This is done automatically under normal circumstances, but there might be occasions where...

Move the detector to each position and register the value. If measurement conditions are tough you set a filter to stabilize the value. Vertical and Horizontal values are displayed. If tolerances are set, colour coding is added. Now you can set and test different reference points. You can also choose to view the result as a graph with tolerance lines, and test different best fit settings. View the final report. Then share it with colleagues or clients.
