Eastman's document introduces two system options designed to enhance the efficiency of cutting lofted materials: EasiHold™ and EasiPull™.
EasiHold™ is a dynamic vacuum compressor specifically designed for cutting lofted materials such as fiberfill and foam. It features a robust, transparent plastic overlay that holds down porous and thick fabrics, allowing for efficient cutting without the need to cut the overlay itself, thus reducing consumable waste. This feature is available exclusively for the conveyor system, and users are advised to refer to the conveyor cutting system documentation for further technical specifications.
EasiPull™ is designed to increase throughput by streamlining the spreading process. It is an ideal attachment for longer or wider cutting tables and uses a pneumatic-controlled gripper bar to pull material to the exact length required for each cut. The system includes a no-lift Blue Jay End Cutter and is available only for the static table system. Additional technical specifications can be found in the static table system documentation.

System Options EasiHold™ For Cutting Lofted Material Eastman’s EasiHold™ dynamic vacuum compressor allows users to cut lofted material, such as fiberfill and foam, with unparalleled speed and ease. EasiHold’s vacuum apparatus uses a tough, transparent plastic voeraly to hold down porous and thick fabrics. The plastic curtain overlay curtain is never cut, eliminating consumable waste.
