TRM500
The TRM500 is an automatic turntable wrapper machine featuring a powered film carriage with variable speed, powered pre-stretch up to 300%, and automatic load height detection via photocell. It includes a pneumatic clamp for film holding, an automatic film cutting arm, and a turntable with motorized rollers or optional 3 chains conveyor. The machine is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC and an HMI touch screen, capable of wrapping up to 20 pallets per hour with 10 customizable programs.
Add-ons and Accessories
Optional features include heat welding for direct contact with the load, a powered top platen, and a top sheet dispenser (TDM1800). The machine can be adapted for special environments such as Atex, corrosive, or sub-zero conditions.
Film and Electrical Characteristics
The stretch film specifications include an outer diameter of 240 ± 250 mm, inner diameter of 76 mm, coil height of 500 mm, and film thickness ranging from 17 to 50 µ. The maximum film weight is 20 kg. The machine operates on 400 V III + N + TT 50 Hz electrical power with an installed power of 2 kW and complies with EN 60 204-1 and EN 60 617 standards.
Pneumatics and Other Features
The machine requires a compressed air supply of 6 bar, consuming 9 liters per cycle, and operates at a noise level of 70 dB(A). Main components include an LCD touch screen HMI, SIEMENS PLC, SMC and Airtac pneumatics, and SCHNEIDER inverters. The machine's color scheme includes RAL 7016 for fixed parts, RAL 3020 for mobile parts, and RAL 9011 and 1018 for fences.
Dimensions and Capacity
The standard maximum height is 2,400 mm, with optional extensions up to 2,800 mm. The turntable can accommodate pallets up to 1,200 x 1,000 mm and a maximum weight of 1,200 kg.
