Separators The E2SE separators have a unique technology : a vertical disc-type centrifuge combined with a screw conveyor, usually found in horizontal decanters. Thanks to this hybride and innovative combination, our separators are able to accept higher solid concentrations than the conventional centrifuge separators, while maintaining important centrifugal effects. Operating Principle C3000 unit modeling The liquid is introduced into a bowl through a distributor, then accelerated at high speed. The solution is divided into many layers within the disc stack, offering a large clarifying surface. The centrifuge effect allows the phase separation (cf. Separation Technology scheme). The solids accumulate on the walls and are ejected by the screw conveyor. The liquid phase is released under pressure or by gravity. . Our separators are able to extract particles down to 0,3 pm, 3-Phases Separation subjecting the solution to a centrifugal force reaching up to 8000 g.
