As the first process of production all steel material used in the production is subjected to sandblasting (Sa 2 V2). After mechanical cutting and forming, sandblasted materials are cleaned using special solutions. Parts which are not subjected to welding process are coated (80pm). Parts which will be subjected to welding process are pre-coated (40pm) leaving the necessary surface for welding. All these processes are completed within 8 hours to prevent corrosion.
