1. Filter Caps

Filter caps protect sensors and ensure reliable operation. Various types are tailored to specific environments and applications:

• Membrane Filter Cap (Polycarbonate): PTFE membrane, 1 µm pores, -40 to +80 °C, 15 s response; ideal for dusty/building automation.
• Metal Grid Filter Cap (Polycarbonate): Stainless steel mesh, 30 µm pores, -40 to +120 °C, 15 s response; used in HVAC, dryers.
• Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Cap: 10 µm pores, -40 to +180 °C, 30 s response; suited for harsh industrial/agricultural environments.
• PTFE Filter Cap: 50 µm pores, -40 to +180 °C, 14 s response; for oily, dirty chemical industry settings.
• Stainless Steel Grid Filter Cap: 30 µm pores, -40 to +180 °C, 15 s response; for industrial and clean room use.
• PTFE Membrane Filter Cap (Stainless Steel): Replaceable 2 µm membrane, -40 to +180 °C, 14 s response, water ingress pressure >0.5 bar; for meteorology and humid environments.
• H2O2 Filter Cap: Catalytic PTFE sintered filter, -40 to +180 °C, 14 s response; for pharma, biotech, sterilization.

2. Mounting Flanges

• Plastic Flanges: For 6 mm and 12 mm probes, materials PA6-GF30 or PC-GF10, temperature range -40 to +80 °C.
• Stainless Steel Flanges: For 6–25 mm probes, stainless steel 1.4404, suitable for harsh environments.
• Duct Mounting Kit: Designed for EE07 probe.

3. LC Displays

Replacement and retrofit LC displays and covers are available for various sensors, made from aluminum die-cast or polycarbonate. Power adapters for 24 V DC devices support multiple regional plugs.

4. Sampling Cells

• Basic Sampling Cell: Pressure range 0–64 bar, ISO or NPT connectors.
• Sampling Cell with Quick Connector: For compressed air lines up to 10 bar; includes bleed screw and DN7.2 quick connector.
• Sampling Cell NPT with Bleed Screw: Similar to above with NPT connection.
• Sampling Cell for Atmospheric Dew Point: Features pressure zeroing valve and quick connector.
• Ball Valves: G 1/2" ISO and 1/2" NPT for MOP301-T10 sensor.

5. Drip Water Protection and Protection Caps

• Drip Water Protection: Cap for 12 mm probes to prevent water damage, fixed by cable gland.
• Protection Caps: For M12 sockets/plugs and 12 mm probes (RAL6018 color), protect sensors during cleaning/sterilization; temperature range -40 to +80 °C.

• Select filter caps based on environment and sensor type to ensure longevity and accuracy.

Radiation Shields for Measuring Probes

Radiation shields protect probes from rain, snow, ice, and sunlight overheating, ensuring accurate measurements. All support wall and pole mounting.

• For 12 mm Probes: Two types: with supporting plate (HA010501) for EE210-T13/EE212-T13; with fixed clamping ring M20x1.5 (HA010502) for EE07, EE08-E8, EE072, HTP201, and remote probes.
• For 6 mm Probes: Screw-in thread M16x1.5 with cable gland (HA010506) for EE08-E11 and HTS801-T17 (T probe).

Radiation Shields with Artificial Ventilation

• HTS801-T28 (HA010508) and EE260 (HA010511) require external 9.5–13.2 V DC power supply (max 1.8 W).
• EE872 (HA010510) also available with artificial ventilation.

Mounting and Connection Elements

• DIN rail mounting bracket for polycarbonate enclosures (HA010203).
• Metal hose clamp bundles (HA402102) for specific sensors.
• Conduit adapters (M16x1.5 to ½" NPT) in stainless steel and plastic, plus sealing plugs.
