The Cruncher bag compactor can beeasily fitted to Dynamic AirΒs BagBuster > bagbreaker to provide a controlled atmosphere that makes handling bagged material more tolerable. > The Cruncher bag compactor's powerful hydraulic ram can compact approximately 300 empty bags (depending on bag size*) into a 16" x 24" x 36" baleweighing approximately 180 pounds. > The Cruncher bag compactor can be fitted as eithera right hand or left hand unit. Compacting mode: To initialize the compactingmode, the operator must press and release the RUN button on the control enclosure. The compactor ram extends downward compacting the bags in the bag housing and then retracts to the loading position. If the bag inlet swing door or bag unloading door openduring compacting, interlock safety switches willstop compaction immediately and lock the ram at its current position.
