BulkBuster™ Bulk Bag Unloader With Internal Dust Collection Series 422 Model 1800 The Series 422 Model 1800 BulkBuster bulk bag unloader offers a compact method of discharging bulk bags and includes internal dust collection for containing fugitive dust. Continuous cleaning cartridge lters are easily accessible for maintenance purposes and are included as a standard feature. In addition, all fugitive dust is discharged back into the process hopper below for maximum cleanliness and performance. Included is a sight glass and work gloves to allow the bulk bags to be untied and emptied without contacting any of the process material being discharged. One unique but standard feature is a set of four air operated bulk bag jostlers for massaging the bulk bags for faster discharging of difcult to handle materials.
