Boiler panel cutting system type BWC

Product catalog summary
Specifications:
Both the BWC Electric and BWC Pneumatic systems are designed for cutting pipes with a maximum diameter of 76.1 mm. The depth of cut with a new cutting blade is 87 mm for the electric version and 85 mm for the pneumatic version. Both systems use a guide rail with a total length of 4.5 m and a segment length of 1.5 m, weighing 13 kg. The electric system has a nominal input of 2,500 W and operates at 6,600 rpm, while the pneumatic system operates at 5,900 rpm with a power of 4,400 W and requires an air hose connection of 3/4" with an air consumption of 3.6 m³/min. The cutting blade diameters are 230 mm for the electric and 355 mm for the pneumatic system.
Boiler Panel Cutting System:
The BWC system is designed to minimize the heat-affected zone and reduce rework compared to traditional flame cutting. It is used by boiler manufacturers for maintenance and inspection, particularly for membrane wall cutting. The system enhances tube end preparation on fin tubes, avoiding heat-affected zones and reducing costly rework. It improves workplace safety through stable tool guidance and reduces cutting disc wear due to precise guidance. The system is equipped with either a pneumatic or electric motor, offering quick and effective membrane wall cutting, high productivity, and cutting quality with minimal rework and no heat-affected zone, thereby ensuring higher operator safety.

Boiler panel cutting system type BWC-1

BWC Boiler panel cutting system type BWC The heat-affected zone as well as the rework, in contrast to flame cutting, is significantly reduced. For maintenance and inspection, boiler manufacturers use a membrane wall cutting system in boiler technology. During maintenance and inspection, boiler use a membrane wall separation system there. This makes tube end preparation on the fin tubes faster and more effective. A heat-affected zone is avoided, thus reducing costly expensive rework. The system increases safety at the workplace through stable guidance of the cutting tool and reduces wear of the cutting discs through precise guidance. The entire system is guided by a smooth-running tool slide. The advantages of the panel wall saw are increased work safety, less reworking, less wear on the cutting disc and high productivity due to faster cutting. • Equipped with pneumatic or electric motor • Cut membrane walls quickly & effectively • High productivity and cutting quality • Less rework • Higher safety of operator Depth of cut with new cutting blade [mm] Total length guide rail [m] Length guide rail [m] Weight guide rail [kg] Nominal input [W] Power[W] Diameter cutting blade [mm]
