A NON-CONTACT MULTIPURPOSE METROLOGY PLATFORM Our client sought a new solution that would accurately measure compressor vanes at higher speeds. • ZeroTouch measured the entire part surface, generating a high-density, micron-level point cloud. • ZeroTouch executed the inspection plan up to 2x faster than the tactile methods. • ZeroTouch performed all measurements that previously required multiple systems: CMMs, optical comparators, gaging stations, calipers, and visual inspections. • ZeroTouch does not use special developer coatings for specular surface finish parts.
