Through the DWA Iron Filter, iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphides are safely and effectively removed from the drinking water in order to protect the reverse osmosis membranes. The pellet in the DWA Iron Filter is a synthetically produced material which oxidises the iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphides and thus makes possible a filtration of the undesired materials. The filter material is cleaned through a simple, automatic back flushing.
