Accessories- Vacuum Unit: Includes automatic filling under vacuum.
- Thermostatic Valves: Required if connected to an on-site cooling/public water system; separate cooling water devices with independent circuits are optional.
- Distillation of Washing-Out Solvents: Compact version available for installation outside hazard areas.
- Distillation Boiler: Cylindrical, vacuum-tight with pressure relief valve, hinged lid with pneumatic spring, viewing glass, and heat- and solvent-resistant gasket.
- Heating Jacket: Uses thermal oil as a heat transfer medium, integrated heating elements (Ex de), and a minimum level switch for safety against oil shortage.
- Insulation: Vessel, heating jacket, and lid are insulated.
- Condenser: Water-cooled, with stainless steel components in contact with the medium.
- Temperature Limiter: Shuts off heating if the solvent temperature exceeds the selected limit.
- Cleaning Hole: Features a hinged lid for residue discharge.
- Safety Features: Includes a signal lamp and explosion-proof EMERGENCY STOP mounted directly at the distillation unit.
- Control Cabinet: Contains control elements for installation outside the hazard area.
- Pneumatics Control Cabinet: Separate from the main control cabinet.
- Batch Distillation: Capable of batch processing.

* Output depends on the solvent.
** If water from a public system is used; depends on the water temperature and the boiling point of the solvent; a closed cooling circuit with zero water consumption is possible.
*** For an installation with a vacuum unit.
* Subject to technical changes.
