La pompa a secco SC.8 e stata studiata per quelle applicazioni industriali in cui e richiesto un funzionamento senza olio e per essere collocata anche in spazi ristretti purche sufficientemente aerati. Inoltre si ha la possibility di utilizzarla sia come pompa che come compressore perche e dotata di targhetta immatricolazione con entrambi i valori (vuoto e pressione). Su questo modello e stato inserito di serie uno speciale trattamento antiossidazione, denominato NPO, che aumenta la durezza del rotore, corpo pompa e coperchio e soprattutto li rende inattaccabili dall’ossidazione. Le fusioni sono state riprogettate con una nuova linea aggiornata. La progettazione della pompa SC.8 rispecchia le piu recenti tecnologie produttive applicate da DVP sulle pompe rotative a palette a secco. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The SC.8 pump is equipped with: • Silencer at the outlet. • Rotor, pump body and cover NPO treated. The dry-running pump SC.8 has been developed for use for those industrial applications that require an oil-free operation in a restricted but sufficiently ventilated space. It is also possible to use the pump both as a vacuum pump or as a compressor since it is provided with a registration plate that displays both the vacuum and pressure values. In this model a special anti-oxidation treatment has been added as a standard equipment. The treatment is called NPO and increases the hardness of the rotor, of the pump body and of the cover, making them resistant to oxidation. The castings have been redesigned with a new updated line. The design of the SC.8 pump reflects the most recent production technologies applied by DVP to the oil-free rotary vane pumps.
