Heavy-Duty Storage: Pallet Racking Overview
Uprights and Frames: The capacity of the uprights is dependent on the complete installation. Frames are constructed with bolted uprights, steel foot plates, and rolled bracing patterns. Available depths range from 600 to 1200 mm, and heights from 2400 to 7800 mm. There are four frame types available, with standard colors being Blue RAL 5010 for uprights and zinc-coated steel for bracing patterns. The beams are Orange RAL 2004, and the steel foot plates can be zinc-coated or painted.
Features: The system includes safety pins, 6-point connectors, and steel foot plates for frames MC251 and MC301. The market offers different thicknesses and capacities, varying with beam intervals, types, and levels. Capacities range from 8 to 24 tons depending on the model (MC151, MC201, MC251, MC301).
Beams: The beams are constructed with 8 boxed beams with interlocked C rolled profiles, welded on all four sides. Beam adjustments are made at 75 mm centers, with a minimum beam interval of 225 mm. The capacity per pair of beams varies based on clear length and pallet width, with specific capacities outlined for different beam types and sections.
Additional Components: The system includes row spacers, deck supports, chipboard decks, openwork fir decks, profile shelf panels, upright protectors, fork spacers, flush deck supports, anti-collapse wire or nylon mesh, reinforced and standard frames, end and corner protectors, and load spreader plates.
