ELECTRIC SHOCK AT EMO 2015 We can finally solve the mystery of the new Duplomatic product, which will have its world premiere at the EMO 2015 in Milan. It is a new generation of turrets named DME (Direct Motor fully Electric), the first electromechanical turret in the world actuated by a single motor directly. Starting from the proven technology of Direct Drive of our DM turrets, the new DME leaves the traditional hydraulic clamping system for a new patent pending electro-magnetic mechanism. The benefits generated thanks to the new DME are multiple, firstly the easy installation in the machine by only electrical connection. As a result, performances are maximized since the turret behavior is not affected by the execution of hydraulic or pneumatic circuits, normally required in the machine. Furthermore, the optimized operating cycle is fully set up by the parameters of the Control Unit TMC supplied with the turret.

The specifications of this turret match modern development trends of all mechanical systems (from cars to household appliances) to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
