DUBUIS Outillages a developpe une gamme de forets etages speciaux, utilisables avec des perceuses portatives, qui garantissent la qualite du pergage et permettent d'obtenir ainsi une connexion electrique fiable et etanche. La preparation du trou qui recevra l'insert peut s'effectuer selon deux methodes : Methode 1 : Pergage en pleine matiere juste avant la pose de l'insert : utilisation du foret etage long. Methode 2 : - Realisation d'un avant-trou d'un diametre inferieur de 1mm au diametre nominal; - Alesage du trou au diametre nominal, par l'operateur, juste avant la pose de l'insert : utilisation du foret etage court. Le foret etage permet le respect des tolerances de pergage preconisees. Grace a sa partie "alesage", la surface d'echange electrique est assuree : peripherie du trou exempte d'oxydation ou de toute trace de produit isolant (ex.: peinture...). La vitesse de rotation de la broche preconisee, pour optimiser les operations de pergage et/ou d'alesage, est de l'ordre de 400 a 600 tours/minute. These drills guarantee the quality of boring and permit to obtain a reliable and watertight electrical connection. The preparation of the hole that will receive the earth bond can be made according to both methods : Method 1: Boring in the middle of the material just before the setting of earth bond with the long step drill. Method 2: - Drilling of a core removing hole with a diameter 1 mm under the nominal diameter ; - Boring of the hole by the operator at the nominal diameter just before the setting of earth bond with the short step drill. The step drill allows the respect of the recommended drilling tolerances. With its "reaming" part, the electrical exchange surface is ensured : no oxidation or no trace of insulating product (for example : paint) around the hole. The recommended rotation speed of the spindle to optimize the drilling and/or reaming operation is about 400 to 600 r.p.m. Nous recommandons I'emploi d'un liquide de coupe. The products that we are presenting hereafter have been selected for their technical specifications and for their electrical neutrality. The use of these oils does not disturb the connection, also in case of oil residue around the hole. - Pour un pergage dans I'aluminium, il est imperatif d'utiliser un liquide de coupe speci-fique, type ALUFLUID, qui empeche notamment le collage des copeaux sur le foret.
