The world is changing specially on transport solutions for on site transportation. The current transport systems like forklifts, trucks, tractors, etc,..means a problem for the companies with regards to safetiness, extra costs in maintenance, risk of accidents, pollution, high fuel consumption, human errors , etc,.. SLAM NAVIGATION / RTK GPS The AGVs move easily through a difficult environment, navigating around one each other, working alongside private cars and forklifts. Despite these challenges, the AGVs have not had a single incident. DTA AGV solutions ensure a peaceful and healthier work environment including all safety devices according to clients and layout requirements.

The DTA server includes software scheduler and traffic manager, the interface to the customer's equipment, and the operator interface. The scheduler decides which vehicle has to exe cute a certain mission. The traffic manager takes advantage of the characteristics of DTA server to make the whole configuration process straightforward. STATION AND BATTERY EXCHANGE Opportunity charging permits batteries to be charged automatically several times during the working hours. The AGV goes to defined charging stations and it performs charging while waiting for a new mission to be accomplished. Doing this way, the AGV could never need to change the battery. On the other side, if AGVs battery is almost discharged then it will be substituted with a fully charged one. Battery exchange can be done manually or automatically.
