Proper packaging has to make sure that the product‘s quality traits are preserved. Thus, Cap Check monitors the integrity of glass jars and bottles in order to keep a constant high product quality and thereby to create customer satisfation in the long run. Cap Check Similar to an MRI, Cap Check subjects jars/bottles with metal caps to an acoustic leak tightness test. A contact-free excitation procedure with high-performance signal processing anaylses the metal cap‘s resonance which is conditioned by internal pressure. Patent-pending Cap Check detects even slight pressure deviations.
